It is an association of ULC (and other) Ministers and exists for the purposes of 1) providing assistance to our ministers in their activities both in the church and in the community, 2) promoting the growth of the Universal Life Church, and 3) providing an opportunity for fellowship among ourselves. There are presently over 700 ministers associated with of the Diocese. Among the current activities of the Diocese are the missions and outreach program's charter of the ULC CompuChurch, (The CompuChurch (tm) International Headquarters), the development of a regional Universal Life Center, the development of a Diocese Library, the development and support of the chaplaincy of the Universal Seafarers Mission River Parishes Office, and support services for several Ministries and Congregations.
