The Bible told me, "There is none good, no not one." Yet I knew many good people. The problem was that God's definition of good and mine were different. We may say a man is"good," because he's stopped stealing and reformed his ways. We think that good is merely "not bad." God's definition of good is PERFECTION in thought, word and deed. Millions of religious and secular people are being good, thinking that will merit entrance into Heaven. They are trying to purchase everlasting life by offering their good deeds to God in exchange for it. On judgement day, it will not be seen as a mere offer for purchase, but a detestable attempt to bribe God to forget our crimes against His law. In truth, what we are really doing when we say that there are plenty of good people is attempting to justify our own sins. Let me speak to any wife of any man who says he's perfect. She will tell me the truth. ... God doesn't believe in atheists ___ Blue Wave/QWK v2.12 --- TMail v1.31.5 * Origin: HAL-PC - Houston, TX - (713) 963-4100 (1:106/10000)
