     UNTO ALL HUMANS AND OTHER SENTIENT LIFE FORMS WHO MAY SEE THESE PRESENTS
                     GREETING:   Tyler A. Wunder


  WHEREAS: It is the titular mission of the International Brotherhood of Old
Bastards, Inc. to seek out, recognize, find, and salute such Old Bastards as
we should find in the world; and

  WHEREAS: Supreme Archbastard Cozen P. Bartling O.B. has appointed me,
William J. McCullough O.B., Archbastard of the Colorado Diocese; and

  WHEREAS: My Special Adjutant for Cyberspace Operations, Sean McCullough O.B.
has informed me that you, TYLER A. WUNDER, qualify for the grade and status of
the Order of OLD BASTARD, by way of your rotten luck with Women, and by other
such Qualifications as provided for by the By-Laws of the I.B.O.B.;


NOW THEREFORE, I, William J. McCullough O.B., by the Powers invested in me by
Supreme Archbastard Cozen P. Bartling O.B., do ordain, establish, and appoint,
that TYLER A. WUNDER is:

                     an OLD BASTARD,
                      a COMPLEAT BASTARD,

and a Brother of the International Brotherhood of Old Bastards Inc., with all
duties, rights, responsibilities, and privileges which entail to the said
Appointment and Standing.
