In the New International Version (NIV) of the bible, Jesus is telling his deciples to spread his occult dogma: Matt 10:10 "take no bag for the journey, or extra tunic, or sandals or a staff; for the worker is worth his keep" Mark 6:8 These were his [Jesus's] instructions: "Take nothing for the journey except a staff - no bread, no bag, no money in your belts." So in one account we have Jesus saying not to take a staff and in another to take a staff. It seems like a contradiction to me.
