He's doing it at Flag Land Base in Clearwater, Florida. We read the flyer when it came in the mail and I'm really mad that I didn't save it because it would answer this once and for all. Anyway, it said something like "the price is only $1000 per hour of auditing!" But somewhere in a little footnote it mentioned that you had to do at least 24 hours of auditing to have any degree of success.
