Perhaps the official RPF assignments can only go to Sea Org
members . . . but I know that any org staff member can be busted
down to doing only manual labor and menial tasks. It's done under

the middle '70s, we had something like the RPF. But it was

Toilet cleaning . . . and other types of menial tasks that are
supposed to be humiliating. This stuff is especially humiliating
to top brass because only the type of person who works very very
hard to gain power over other people excels in the criminal cult
of scientology. For them to lose their power is the most traumatic
thing that can happen to them.
The power over others (mostly other staff) is based in falsehoods,
conmanship, button-pushing, and standard terrorists tactics (note
that staff are regularly coerced into signing notarized statements
of guilt for real and imagined crimes, that staff are regularly
threatened with a freeloader debt, that staff are threatened with
an SP declare and the fair game bullshit, and that staff are
systematically brainwashed and deprived of contact with
non-scientologists, etc.). And don't forget that PC folders are
culled for sensitive information that can be used against the unwary.
Scientology ethics officers commonly enjoy gathering confessions of
sex stuff, stuff like bestiality (who, what, when where, how, why,
run through it again), real vouyeristic like. They're all a bunch
of vouyers. Auditing is like vouyerism.
How do I know? Well, because I was on staff for a while and because
while on staff, one of my posts was Director of Technical Services,
a post in which I was responsible for the care and protection of PC
folders. The care and protection is fake. Anyone with the clout
can get at 99 per-cent of the PC folders. Resistance=futility. Some
folders are special, but even OT folders were not kept especially
secure.
Oh yeah . . . and the places where the folders were stored always
tended to invoke strong feelings of naughtiness and nastiness (PC
folders take up large rooms in storage). I've known of Case
Supervisors getting busted for fucking auditors and interns in their
ivory towers. Must have been all those dog-fucking confessions
getting them overly excited.
I bet we can find plenty of scientology-related sex scandals if we
really want them.
