Since some of the materials which describe the $cientology cult could be considered to be copywritten materials, I have censored myself and The Skeptic Tank by deleting any and all possible text files which describes the cult's hidden mythologies. I have elected to quote just a bit of the questionable text according to the "Fair Use" legal findings afforded to those who report. - Fredric L. It's a heated discussion, that should be obvious from the start. If you can't see that you're not looking. Our "attacks" as you put it shouldn't bother you anyway, you've been through TR-3 Bullbait. If you can't handle a little heat I suggest you go to Qual to get your buttons flattened. >second and third hand information as I said; allegations, claims, >reports of apparently incriminating court records (much of such >inflammatory information is the result of Mr. Erlich's activities, who >was thrown out of the Church for theft and Squirelling - that is, >altering the technology). As I said in my other post, your PR Series 24 tactics won't cut the mustard out here. We've seen it all for ourselves. Don't bother trying to get us to doubt others. We are the source of our data. I know the church teaches that the source of all illness is "body thetans", which are the souls of people blown up 76 million years ago by a galactic overlord named "Xenu". I know that the Purif tries to cleanse the body through sweat, which does not carry any significant amount of waste product. I know Hubbard says "there is no such thing as a fat cell", which is demonstrably false. I know the church is against free speech, since it and its members have tried more than once to silence this open forum. I know the church engages in dirty tricks, because I've seen it do so to my friends here. I know the church teaches some of its people how to lie, how to evade, how to do dirty tricks, because I've seen the PLs, HCOBs and internal memos that describe how. I know high church officials have been convicted of wiretapping, breaking and entering, theft of documents. If you wish to refute any of these please do. If you don't I'll assume that you're following policy set out in PR Series 24, which quotes Hubbard as saying "You only challenge statements you _can_ prove are false and in any conversation let the rest slide."
