The Guardian's Office, known as the GO, was initially
created in 1966 as a unit to deal with the Church's legal and
external affairs.

THE GO WAS SET UP AFTER LRH HAD ACHIEVED THE
STATE OF CLEAR IN 1965.
THE PURPOSE OF LRH WAS TO NOT BE DISTRACTED
BY HAVING TO HANDLE ATTACKS BY ANTI-SOCIAL
PERSONS OR GROUPS,
AND TO HAVE HIS HANDS FREE TO DO RESEARCH
ABOVE CLEAR, AND TO NOT BY HIMSELF HAVE TO HANDLE

FOR THIS PURPOSE LRH APPOINTED PEOPLE

IN FACT, LRH HIRED ANTI-SCIENTOLOGISTS, IN ORDER
TO NOT HAVE TO CONFRONT THE ENEMIES BY HIMSELF.
A MAJOR FACTOR BY WHICH LRH JUSTYFIED THIS,

"THEY ARE SCIENTOLOGISTS, THEY OFFERED THEIR HELP."
THE FACT THAT HE WAS EMPLOYING ANTI-SCIENTOLOGISTS
WAS THEREBY DEEMED UNIMPORTANT BY HIM.
IN OTHER WORDS:
THE GUARDIAN OFFICE HAD BEEN SET UP FROM THE
VERY BEGINNING - BY LRH - TO FAIL, BECAUSE IT
STARTED OUT, AND CONTINUED TO ITS END,
WITH ANTI-SCIENTOLOGISTS AT ITS HEAD.
THE CONTROL OF MONEY AND LEGAL AFFAIRS WAS
PUT IN THE HANDS OF THE GUARDIAN OFFICE IN EACH
CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY, WITH THE APPROVAL OF
LRH, "IN ORDER TO PROTECT SCIENTOLOGY".
IT WAS "PROTECTED" IN FACT BY ANTI-SCIENTOLOGISTS.
The GO had been infiltrated and set up to fail in its
mission to protect the Church. It was influenced to abandon
its original mandate and established itself as an independent
autonomous unit, answerable to nobody. It was isolated not
only from the mainstream activity and management of the
Church, but even from the Founder of the religion. Some GO
executives actually tried to gain exclusive control over
Church corporate and financial affairs.
LRH HAD RECEIVED, BUT DISREGARDED COUNTLESS
REPORTS THAT ACTIONS OF THE GUARDIAN OFFICE
WERE ANTI-SCIENTOLOGY AND HARMING SCIENTOLOGISTS
AND HARMING THE DISSEMINATION OF SCIENTOLOGY.
LRH DID NOT MIND THAT COUNTLESS SCIENTOLOGISTS
WERE DECLARED SUPPRESSIVE AND KICKED OUT
BY THE ANTI-SCIENTOLOGISTS OF THE GUARDIAN OFFICE
HEADED BY HIS WIFE MARY SUE.
MANY DECENT SCIENTOLOGISTS WERE RECRUITED INTO
THE GUARDIAN OFFICE TO BE CAVED IN OR THROWN OUT
AGAIN OF THAT GROUP WHICH LRH CALLED
"TIP-TOP PEOPLE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM".
The first warning that all was not well with the GO
came in the late 1970s.
LRH STARTED TO THINK OF LEAVING HIS JOB, AND HAD
(HIDDEN FROM INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT)
SELECTED DAVID MISCAVIGE AS HIS SECRET
SUCCESSOR, ON A WHOLLY IRRATIONAL BASIS
(MISCAVIGE HAD BEEN HIS SON AND
SUCCESSOR IN AN EARLIER LIFETIME ON SICILY
(AN ISLAND NEAR ITALY)).
MISCAVIGE SAW HIS CHANCE TO TAKE THE WHOLE
CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY, LOCK, STOCK AND BARREL,
WHEN THE US-GOVERNMENT WAS GIVEN AN
OPPORTUNITY TO ATTACK THE CHURCH OPENLY AND
LEGALLY - RATHER THAN COVERTLY AND ILLEGALLY
AS THE US-GOVERNMENT HAD BEEN DOING BY PLANTING
"SECRET GOVERNMENT REPORTS" ALL OVER THE PLACE
WITH THE MISINFORMATION
THAT SCIENTOLOGISTS WERE 'CIA' OR 'DRUG-DEALERS'.
SCIENTOLOGISTS WERE CAUGHT AT COVERTLY OBTAINING THESE
DOCUMENTS ABOUT THEMSELVES. THEY DID NOT FIRST GET A
'FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT' PASSED, BY WHICH
MEANS THEY COULD HAVE GOTTEN THE SAME
DOCUMENTS BY LEGAL MEANS.
LRH, REFUSING TO CONFRONT HIS EXTERNAL ENEMIES
FOR A SECOND TIME, ACCEPTED THE ADVICE OF THE
VERY 'PRODUCTIVE' BUT VERY ANTI-SCIENTOLOGY
DAVID MISCAVIGE, TO NOT PRESS FOR CHARGES AGAINST
THE US-GOVERNMENT (A CASE ABOUT IT PLANTING
FALSE INFORMATION ON SCIENTOLOGY, A CASE WHICH WOULD
HAVE BEEN A SURE WINNER FOR LRH AND SCIENTOLOGY).
THE ANTI-SCIENTOLOGIST MISCAVIGE ADVISED LRH
TO GET THESE SCIENTOLOGISTS CONVICTED AND
JAILED AND TO GIVE ALL POWER TO MISCAVIGE WHO
HAD "PURGED SCIENTOLOGY FROM THE EVIL
GUARDIAN OFFICE", BUT IN FACT JUST TO GRAB POWER.
THIS ALL HAPPENED WITH THE FULL KNOWLEDGE AND
CONSENT OF LRH, WHO EXTREMELY IRRATIONALLY
THOUGHT AND PROMOTED THAT "SOMEONE WITH HIGH
PRODUCTION SHOWING, IN SCIENTLOGY CAN NOT BE CONSIDERED
TO BE ANTI-SOCIAL", WHICH IS A VERY DESTRUCTIVE IDEA,
AN IDEA WHICH HAS PRACTICALLY RUINED THE CHURCH OF
SCIENTOLOGY AND AN IDEA WHICH CREATED NUMEROUS AND VERY
VALID ATTACKS ON BOTH THE SUBJECT OF SCIENTOLOGY AND
ON THE CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY.
THE NICKNAME "CRIMINAL CULT" IS NOT ENTIRELY WITHOUT
JUSTIFICATION, I MUST ADMIT, AS A SCIENTOLOGIST AND
LIFETIME MEMBER MYSELF.
(THE DIFFERENCE IS THAT I DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT,
WHILE THOSE WHO SHOUT IT SO LOUDLY, ARE ONLY TOO
GLAD THAT THE CONDITION EXISTS, SO THAT THEY HAVE AN
"ACCEPTABLE" JUSTIFICATION FOR TRYING TO DESTROY
SCIENTOLOGY FROM THE OUTSIDE).
AFTER MISCAVIGE HAD GRABBED THE POWER, HE
MANAGED TO BLAME IT ALL ON THE GUARDIAN OFFICE
- INTERNALLY AS WELL AS TO SCIENTOLOGISTS
WORLD WIDE (BY MAKING THE FAKE "LRH"-TAPE 'TODAY,
TOMORROW, THE PROOF - RON's JOURNAL 38')
AND ALSO TO THE PRESS AND TO THE LEGAL COURT.
THE FAKE "LRH"-TAPE IS STILL SOLD IN SCIENTOLOGY
CHURCHES, AND 'OSA' IS STILL PUSHING ITS MOST EVIL CONTENT
OFF ON BOTH SCIENTOLOGY AND THE PRESS
AS "OFFICIAL" CHURCH-HISTORY.
AM I ASHAMED TO BE A SCIENTOLOGIST?
NO, I AM NOT, BECAUSE I AM DOING SOMETHING ABOUT
IT. I AM EVEN INFORMING YOU ABOUT IT, AND IF I WOULD BE
ASHAMED, I PROBABLY WOULD NOT HAVE INFORMED YOU.
Representatives of Church management
realized that the GO no longer had the best interests of the
Church and its Founder at heart. The GO's management of the
Church's external affairs was notably deficient and many
parishioners and staff began to suspect that matters for
which the GO was responsible were not being dealt with in
accordance with the teachings of Mr. Hubbard. In fact, by
this time, the Guardian's Office had abandoned any pretense
of following the principles described in Mr. Hubbard's
writings.
It subsequently came to light that a handful of GO
staff members had been influenced to adopt an "anything goes"
approach in dealing with government discrimination against
the Church. These dupes infiltrated and burglarized several
US government offices to obtain copies of files maintained
and circulated about the Church. Obviously such activity was
illegal and directly violated Mr. Hubbard's policies.
However, while such illegal conduct was afoot, the GO
managed to keep its operations secret from Church management,
staff and membership. Its autonomy shielded it from
accountability. Most Scientologists were altogether unaware
of GO clandestine activities. Even the government prosecutor
in the later criminal case that arose from this illegal
conduct, testified that only a handful of people in the GO
had engaged in or even knew about these illegal acts. The
rest, including thousands of staff and millions of
parishioners, had no involvement or knowledge of such
unlawful activities.
When the GO's criminal activities were discovered by
those who today form the core of the Church's leadership, the
GO was disbanded, no small feat since it was the GO officials
who held corporate control. Its functions were completely
reorganized and brought under the control of the Church's
ecclesiastical management officers.
MISCAVIGE HAD - AGAIN IN ORDER TO GAIN FULL POWER -
SUGGESTED TO LRH THAT MISCAVIGE CREATE AN 'RTC' WHICH
OWNED ALL THE MATERIALS AND COULD SO DICTATE, MISCAVIGE
BELIEVED, ALL ACTIONS OR STOPPING ANY ACTION THAT
USED SCIENTOLOGY TECHNOLOGY.
HE SOLD THIS AS "KEEPING SCIENTOLOGY PURELY APPLIED"
BOTH TO LRH AND TO THE SCIENTOLOGY PUBLIC - IN THE
MENTIONED FAKE TAPE, WHICH LRH, WHEN HE FOUND OUT
ABOUT IT, CALLED "GOOD PR" AND "PUSHING POWER TO MISCAVIGE".
(IT IS IN FACT THE HIGHEST CRIME IN SCIENTOLOGY TO
PRESENT SOMETHING AS BEING A LECTURE OR BULLETIN BY
LRH WHEN IT IS NOT - BUT LRH DID NOT WANT TO BOOT
HIS PROTEGE AND SUCCESSOR MISCAVIGE OUT, SO LRH
SWALLOWED THIS OUTRAGEOUS ACT AND "JUSTIFIED" IT.)
Many of the GO staff
were not involved in any of the unlawful activities and,
wanting to conduct their affairs in accordance with the
Founder's teachings, abandoned their former GO leaders. They
then gave their full support to Church management in the
clean out and disbanding of the GO. Those who participated
in or knew of the GO's illegal conduct in any way were
removed from Church staff and forever banned from future
Church employment.
NOW MISCAVIGE BEGAN THE ACTUAL GREAT PURGE.
A TRUE WITCHHUNT BEGAN SUDDENLY FOR "SQUIRRELS".
THESE WERE SCIENTOLOGISTS WHO REFUSED TO ACT
ROBOTICALLY AND WHO REFUSED TO ACT COLDLY AND
INHUMANELY AND "EXACTLY BY THE LETTER".
AGAIN I MUST ADMIT THAT THE DEROGATORY TERM
"RONBOT" IS NOT ENTIRELY WITHOUT MERIT.
THE WITCHHUNT WAS CARRIED OUT BY A SMALL GROUP
OF ANTI-SCIENTOLOGISTS WHO MISCAVIGE HAD GATHERED
AROUND HIM: MARC YAGER, RAY MITHOFF, AND RICHARD
REISS. THESE HE PLACED IN STRATEGIC POSITIONS.
A LARGE NUMBER OF SCIENTOLOGY MISSIONS WAS CLOSED
DOWN AND CHURCHES OF SCIENTOLOGY WERE DECIMATED.
LRH NOW ESTIMATES THE MONEY WHICH MISCAVIGE LEGALLY
STOLE FROM SCIENTOLOGISTS AND MISSION HOLDERS IN THIS
WAY WITHOUT GIVING THEM ANY SERVICE IN RETURN,
AMOUNTS TO SOME 64 MILLION US DOLLARS.
THIS WAS THE "HIGH PRODUCTION" OF MISCAVIGE, BY WHICH
LRH JUDGED MISCAVIGE's INTENTIONS TO BE PRO-SCIENTOLOGY.
Note: NOT GUARDIAN OFFICE PERSONNEL WERE PURGED,
BUT HARD-WORKING DEDICATED SCIENTOLOGISTS WHO HAD
WORKED FOR YEARS WITH THE PURPOSE TO CARE FOR
PEOPLE, SO THAT THEY OWNED LARGE MISSIONS OR CHURCHES.
MISCAVIGE "PR-ed" HIS WITCHHUNT IN LARGE GLOSSY
SHEETS CALLED 'KEEPING SCIENTOLOGY WORKING'-NEWS.
MISCAVIGE HIMSELF COULD NOT AUDIT [HE COULD NOT
APPLY SCIENTOLOGY HIMSELF], BUT HE PERSONALLY
ORDERED - AS HIS MAIN AND ONLY TECHNICAL "ACHIEVEMENT" -
THAT ALL SCIENTOLOGISTS WORLD WIDE DO DRILLS ROBOTICALLY
TO "SET THE SENSITIVITY OF THE E-METER".
(ANYBODY WHO CAN AND WANTS TO AUDIT, SETS IT SO THAT
THE METER READS WELL, JUST AS ANY TECHNICIAN WOULD
AS A MATTER OF COURSE.)
Sadly, there were also some people in the Church, but
outside of the GO itself, who sympathized with the GO because
of their own agendas to achieve autonomy and gain control of
the Church's finances. In some cases, it was the Scriptures
themselves they wanted to pervert for their own ends. Given
these people had proven themselves to be avowed enemies of
L. Ron Hubbard and the religion, they were excommunicated.
IN THESE WITCHHUNTS, MISCAVIGE GOT RID OF THE MOST
VALUABLE AND DESERVING PEOPLE, SUCH AS FOR INSTANCE
DAVID MAYO, THEN SENIOR CASE SUPERVISOR INTERNATIONAL
AND LRH's PERSONAL AUDITOR AND MOST IMPORTANT
TECHNICAL ASSISTANT.
TO REALLY TOP IT, MISCAVIGE ACCUSED MAYO OF ISSUING
OWN MATERIAL UNDER THE NAME OF LRH, WHEREAS IT WAS
MISCAVIGE WHO DID ACTUALLY DO SO WITH THE FAKE "LRH"
TAPE 'RJ 38' WHICH WAS SPOKEN BY A KNOWN HOLLYWOOD
VOICE-IMITATOR.
FOR YEARS, MISCAVIGE AND HIS MENTIONED ACCOMPLICES
CONDUCTED A SMEAR- AND LEGAL CAMPAIGN AGAINST MAYO.
IT IS STILL OFFICIAL OSA-PR TO DO SO, AS YOU WILL HAVE
READ IN POSTS FROM "milne@crl.com".
Today, some of these same people, no longer part of the
Church, are loudly and bitterly critical of the Church's
current management. It is these few apostates who are most
often the ones who spread vitriol about Scientology and
Church leaders. When they make allegations of wrongdoing,
they are referring to the acts of the GO, of which many of
them were either a part or in sympathy with. They fail to
mention their involvement or the fact that they were kicked
out of the Church because of their GO involvement -- or the
fact that the very people they now try to tarnish with their
allegations are the very people who permanently rid the
Church of those who committed or supported such misdeeds.
This clean-up of the GO was led by Mr. David
Miscavige, who removed all corporate control from the hands
of the GO, and dismissed all personnel who had been involved
in illegalities or attempts to alter Mr. Hubbard's
technologies. Mr. Miscavige and a team of church executives
then set up an entirely new corporate and administrative
structure for the Scientology religion which has since served
to keep the religion pure and in accordance with the
teachings laid out by its Founder.
Outsiders familiar with these events leading to, and
culminating in, the disbanding of the GO, have often
commented on the decisive and thorough manner in which the
entire situation was managed. Relations with the U.S.
government have been restored and the Church has obtained
full recognition and tax-exemption as an exclusively
charitable, religious endeavor from the Internal Revenue
Service.
I HAVE THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATED MISCAVIGE SINCE
THE BEGINNING OF 1994.
AS A RESULT, I CALLED LRH BACK WHO HAD LEFT IN
JANUARY 1986 AND HAD PRETENDED TO HIMSELF AND TO ALL
SCIENTOLOGISTS THAT ALL WAS IN GOOD HANDS.
TOGETHER WE REMOVED MISCAVIGE ON 30 DECEMBER
1994.
THE BODY OF MISCAVIGE IS - AT THE MOMENT OF THIS WRITING
AND SINCE 30 DECEMBER 1994 - LYING IN COMA IN HEMET,
(CALIFORNIA).
MISCAVIGE's MENTIONED ACCOMPLICES, YAGER AND MITHOFF,
BROUGHT A LOOK-ALIKE CALLED 'ROD MOLINO' FROM THE
CHURCH IN BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA, TO STAND IN FOR THE
UNCONSCIOUS MISCAVIGE.
WE PROCEEDED TO REMOVE THE MOST VIOLENT ANTI-SCIENTOLOGIST
MARC YAGER FROM HEADING THE CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY, ON
18 JULY 1995.
YAGER SIMPLY LEFT, AND HIS WHEREABOUTS ARE NOT KNOWN.
HE WAS THE SECOND IN COMMAND OF THE CHURCH OF
SCIENTOLOGY INTERNATIONAL, AND HE HAD TAKEN OVER FROM
MISCAVIGE.
AT THIS WRITING, THE EXTREMELY VIOLENT ANTI-SCIENTOLOGIST
RAY MITHOFF IS STILL IN CHARGE, AS 'SENIOR CASE SUPERVISOR
INTERNATIONAL'.
TOGETHER WITH THE EQUALLY VIOLENT ANTI-SCIENTOLOGIST
RICHARD REISS, THE 'SENIOR CASE SUPERVISOR FLAG', HE
TRIES TO KEEP HIS POSITION, AGAINST LRH's AND MY EFFORTS
TO REMOVE THEM BY SPIRITUAL MEANS, AS WE DID WITH
MISCAVIGE AND YAGER.
PRESENT INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT - SUCH AS
GUILLAUME LESEVRE AND MARK INGBER AND HEBER
JENTZSCH AND KURT WEILAND - AND THE TOP OF OSA
INTERNATIONAL, ARE ALL FULLY INFORMED OF THIS.
AND THEY HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THIS SINCE THE BEGINNING.
IN OTHER WORDS, THESE PEOPLE KNOW THAT MISCAVIGE
IS GONE AND WHO REMOVED HIM AND HOW, AND THAT HIS
BODY LIES IN COMA AT HEMET-BASE SINCE THE BEGINNING

AS IF HE IS A FRIEND AND A 'SCIENTOLOGIST IN GOOD STANDING'.
THIS IS ONE OF THE HIGHEST CRIMES COMMITTED ON
SCIENTOLOGISTS DAILY BY THE REST OF INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT,
AND THEY DO SO KNOWINGLY AND WILLINGLY, WITH THE SOLE
PURPOSE TO NOT LOSE THEIR POWER (FOR A BIT LONGER).

Virtually all major religions have gone through periods
of trial and upheaval, especially during their formative
years. The Roman Catholic Church, for example, underwent
numerous schisms which splintered the faith. Sometimes
history lingers. It took its leaders hundred of years to
come to terms with and acknowledge the Inquisition was wrong.
THE SOLE PURPOSE OF 'RTC' - CREATED ON PROPOSAL OF
MISCAVIGE IN 1982 - WAS: TO BE ABLE TO DICTATE PRICES
AND FINANCIAL PENALTIES AND CLOSEDOWNS OF SCIENTOLOGY
MISSIONS AND TO FULLY UNDERMINE THE AUTONOMY OF CHURCHES
OF SCIENTOLOGY - AUTONOMY OF CHURCHES LAID DOWN IN THE VERY
SCRIPTURES WHICH 'RTC' WAS SUPPOSED TO GUARD AND ENFORCE.
THE SOLE PURPOSE OF 'RTC' FURTHER WAS TO DETERMINE
WHO SHOULD BE KICKED OUT OF THE CHURCH AND WHO
WOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED BACK INTO THE CHURCH, ON
DEMAND OF MISCAVIGE AND YAGER AND MITHOFF AND REISS, (VIA A
CENTRAL INTERNATIONAL "JUSTICE" CHIEF).
YOU MIGHT FIND THIS STRANGE - BUT THEY, AS ANY ANTI-SOCIAL
PERSON, HAVE TO FIRST GET PEOPLE IN BEFORE THEY CAN
DOMINATE THESE PEOPLE WITH THE THREAT OF KICKING THEM OUT.
THE THREAT IS EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE BECAUSE SCIENTOLOGY
IS EXTREMELY VALUABLE.
THE MENTIONED ANTI-SCIENTOLOGISTS AT THE HEAD OF THE
CHURCH USED AND USE CONSIDERABLE SPIRITUAL POWER - ALSO
CALLED 'BLACK SCIENTOLOGY' - TO ACHIEVE THESE ENDS.
THE VIOLENT ANTI-SCIENTOLOGISTS MISCAVIGE AND MITHOFF
WERE SECRETLY PERMITTED BY LRH TO DO HIGHER PROCESSING UP
TO OT-LEVEL X(ten). AFTER LRH LEFT IN 1986, THEY WENT
UP TO OT-LEVEL XII(twelve), AGAIN WITH LRH's MOST
DESTRUCTIVE PERMISSION, BUT THEN THEY GOT STUCK TRYING
TO DO HIGHER LEVELS EVEN THAN THAT.
THIS IS ALL IN DISAGREEMENT TO THE UTMOST EXTREME, WITH
THE TECHNOLOGY OF SCIENTOLOGY WHICH THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO
AND OPENLY PRETEND TO KEEP PURE AND WORKING.
THESE THINGS ARE KNOWN TO THE REST OF INTERNATIONAL
MANAGEMENT, WHO WERE ONLY ALLOWED TO GET UP TO
OT-LEVEL VIII, JUST AS ANY OTHER SCIENTOLOGIST IS ONLY
ALLOWED TO GET UP TO OT-VIII UNTIL CHURCHES HAVE GROWN
SUFFICIENTLY.
BOTH GUILLAUME LESEVRE AND MARK INGBER HAVE ATTEMPTED
TO CANCEL THE EXPULSION ORDER ON ME, BUT THEY HAVE BEEN
PREVENTED FROM DOING SO BY THE USE OF 'BLACK SCIENTOLOGY'
BY THE ANTI-SCIENTOLOGISTS AT THE TOP.
THE MOST VIOLENT ANTI-SCIENTOLOGISTS MITHOFF AND REISS ARE
THE MAIN ONES STILL LEFT TO REMOVE.
THEY HAVE BEEN ABLE - THROUGH THEIR USE OF
'BLACK SCIENTOLOGY' - TO KEEP LRH RESTIMULATED ENOUGH
SO THAT LRH CONSIDERED IT "NON-SURVIVAL" FOR HIMSELF
AND FOR SCIENTOLOGY TO MAKE THESE THINGS OFFICIALLY
KNOWN TO SCIENTOLOGISTS.
JUST AS MISCAVIGE HAD DONE, THEY MADE LRH AGREE
THAT THE VERY PRINCIPLES OF SCIENTOLOGY SHOULD NOT
BE APPLIED, "IN ORDER TO PROTECT AND SAFEGUARD
SCIENTOLOGY".
"IF THE MISDEEDS OF LRH - THE HIRING OF ANTI-SCIENTOLOGISTS
IN THE GUARDIAN OFFICE AND IN TOP-MANAGEMENT OF RTC -
WOULD BE KNOWN, THEN THAT WOULD DESTROY SCIENTOLOGY."
THIS IS ABOUT THE SAME AS SAYING THAT THE LAWS OF 'NEWTON'
AND 'FARADAY' ARE DESTROYED IF IT BECOMES KNOWN THAT
'FARADAY' ELECTROCUTED HIMSELF AND THAT 'NEWTON' DIED
FROM AN EXPERIMENT WITH STONES DROPPING FROM A TOWER.
THEY - NOW ONLY MITHOFF AND REISS ARE LEFT - REASONED THAT
IF MISCAVIGE, AND EARLIER MARY SUE, COULD RESTIMULATE LRH
INTO PUTTING OR KEEPING ANTI-SCIENTOLOGISTS AT THE TOP
OF THE CHURCH - BECAUSE IT IS "BAD PR" TO MAKE KNOWN OR
EVEN SEE THEIR EVIL INTENTIONS ON SCIENTOLOGY - ("AFTER ALL
THEY ARE SCIENTOLOGISTS, AND VETERANS AT THAT") THEN - SO
MITHOFF AND REISS REASONED - IT ALSO WORKS ON LRH FOR THEM.
WELL, THEY WERE RIGHT. IT DID WORK AGAIN ON LRH.
BUT IT DID NOT WORK ON ME, NO MATTER HOW MUCH
'BLACK SCIENTOLOGY' THEY USED SO FAR, TO DRIVE ME AWAY
FROM LRH, AND TO DRIVE LRH AWAY FROM ME.
RECENTLY, I GOT LRH OUT OF THIS RESTIMULATION AND THIS
'BLACK SCIENTOLOGY' HOLD THAT MITHOFF AND REISS HAD
ON LRH.
THE POOR SODS OBVIOUSLY UNDERESTIMATED ME.
BUT THEN AGAIN, ANTI-SOCIAL PERSONALITIES AS THEY ARE,
THEY COULD NEVER UNDERSTAND DECENT MOTIVES.
One of the steps taken to ensure that nothing like the
GO could ever occur within Scientology again was the
formation of Religious Technology Center (RTC). RTC is
responsible for ensuring the purity of the religion and the
Scientology scriptures, and provides a self-policing
mechanism for the Church.
Indeed, the reorganization of the Church in the wake of
the GO debacle marked the beginning of a new era. The
Scientology religion not only successfully weathered the
storm; it emerged stronger, more stable, larger and more
influential than ever before. In 1980, there were 328
churches, missions and groups around the world. Today, more
than 2,300 such entities span the globe. Dianetics and
Scientology books are on bestseller lists all over the world,
with Dianetics, The Modern Science of Mental Health having
sold four times as many copies since 1980 as it did in the
whole of the prior 30 years.
Today, the Church's executive structure is firmly
established and it enjoys the wholehearted support of its
membership. Most of the Church's senior executives have held
their positions for more than a decade.

BE GLAD THAT THE NIGHTMARE IS ALMOST OVER.
ALSO THE VERY SORRY ROLE THAT THE OSA-PR-GUYS
ARE FORCING THEMSELVES STILL TO PLAY, UNDER THE
FORCE OF 'BLACK SCIENTOLOGY' BROUGHT UPON THEM STILL
BY THE MOST VIOLENT ANTI-SCIENTOLOGISTS RAY MITHOFF
AND RICHARD REISS, WILL SOON END.
THEN OSA-PR FINALLY CAN POST THE TRUTH.
THINK WHAT A RELIEF THAT WILL BE FOR THEM, TO ACTUALLY
BE ALLOWED AGAIN TO PRACTICE THE VERY PRINCIPLES OF
SCIENTOLOGY FOR WHICH THEY ORIGINALLY ENTERED
SCIENTOLOGY!
