Notice: Fredric Rice may have removed segments of the replies given to questions if they contained copoyrighted materials. After a very short while, Scientology "experts" refused to answer questions and started cut-and-pasting copyrighted cult propaganda. Additionally I removed URLs in some of the replies, and left them in others. And it's also important to note that eventually the unfortunate "Greg Churilov" cultist was ejected from askme.com for his typical Scientological behavior.

Subject: Great Compassion to you church of sientology

tarkus asked himself this question on 4/20/2000:

I'm a practising Vajrahana Buddhist and was intrigued with your message board we have alot in common I think, and also would geuss Hubord did alot of eastern reading, hindu and buddhist. I only have one critisism: To want everyone to be the same as you is a flawed ideal, buddhist also want the world to be enlightened ( CLEAR ) but we understand there are many pathes to the same goal.

buddhist have been clear for 2500 yrs. we share many great similarities. thank you. Alwh respect and love.

Greg Churilov insanely gave himself this response on 4/21/2000:

Hello Tarkus and thank you so much for writing to this board. I am very saddened and embarrased by the three responses you have received so far. Please note that these responses are NOT from Scientologists. I am a proud to say I am a practising Scientologist and have been so for over 18 years.

[What's interesting is that these cultists aren't allowed to answer most questions honestly. Indeed, most of these cultists aren't even able to mention anything about what Scientology is actually all about. It seems to even be difficult for them to type the name "Xenu." - flr]

In the late 70's there was a schism within the Church of Scientology; a number of individuals that were seeking to gain control of the expelled for unethical conduct.

[<laughing> And that's an amusing lie. In fact the Scientology crime syndicate was raided and arrested with dozens of ringleaders getting hauled in like the mobsters they were. And in fact 11 of the crime syndicate's ringleaders were indicted and went to prison while Hubbard fled from the long arms of the law, hiding on a Ranch in Northern California where he eventually died after giving himself injections of psychotropic drugs.

The only "scism" <laughing> was the massive arrests and imprisonment of the syndicate's ringleaders -- among them was Hubbard's latest wife, Mary Sue Hubbard, whom Hubbard deliberately set up to be the fall guy.

Many of the indicted and unindicted conspirators are still running the criminal organization, in fact. There is a good document covering these crooks that's readily available on the Internet - flr]

These individuals have found in the anonymity of the Web an avenue to spread their disaffection. (see http://www.theta.com/goodman) I apologize for this aspect which seems to fall outside of my control. I wish we could have an enlightened discussion on the subject.

[And here's another amusing lie. In fact the court documents are all public record and the people who keep them available, do the research on the Federal files that were seized, and discuss the criminality of this crime syndicate all provide such information publically, using their own true names (as I do) regardless of the fact that the crooks there after apply their "Fair Game" policy to try to silence them.

The only people who try to hide their identity are the cult followers who are sent to the alt.religion.scientology newsgroup to try to silence the discussions about the Scientology crime syndicate. (See, for example, the details covering the so-called "sporgery" attacks that the Scientology crime syndicate engaged in to try to silence the discussions taking place publically.)

You may write me at my email address if you like: elan@playful.com :-) From the answers you have received so far, the one cald "desertphile" - although obviously not a Scientologist - had the least distorted answer.

[And good luck getting an honest answer out of this cultist - flr]

This web page (and The Skeptic Tank) is in no way connected with nor part of the Scientology crime syndicate. To review the crime syndicate's absurdly idiotic web pages, check out www.scientology.org or any one of the many secret front groups the cult attempts to hide behind.

Further facts about this criminal empire may be found at Operation Clambake and FACTNet.
