Notice: Fredric Rice may have removed segments of the replies given to questions if they contained copyrighted materials. After a very short while, Scientology "experts" refused to answer questions and started cut-and-pasting copyrighted cult propaganda. Additionally I removed URLs in some of the replies, and left them in others. And it's also important to note that eventually the unfortunate "Greg Churilov" cultist was ejected from askme.com for his typical Scientological behavior.

FredricRice asked this question on 5/10/2000:

And the French case was thrown out on appeal as to the other defendants. And a nullification request as to L. Ron Hubabrd was all but granted when it became moot upon his passing.

No doubt that was "a conspiracy at the highest levels of government," too, since L. Ron Hubbard couldn't set foot in France without being immediately arrested and imprisoned. And we can't forget the amusing Federal, local, and State raid against the crook and his fellow ringleaders right in the middle of one of Hubbard's meandering, insane lectures.

My question: All the indictments against Hubbard and his fellow ringleaders that are publically available in the law enforcement libraries and court documents vaults in the world... are these all a conspiracy? Are they all one big world-wide hoax?

Thanks.

lrfarny gave this response on 5/10/2000:

Actually L. Ron Hubbard was honored all over the world for his tremendous contributions to mankind. The acknowledgments and awards STILL keep coming in.

Also, I have a document from the Justice Department affirming that at not time was L. Ron Hubbard ever listed in the NCIC computers as being wanted for anything.

As to whether "high levels" of certain uncivilized governments are conducting harassing and discriminatory actions against minority religions -- andparticularly us -- I will let the United Nations, the Helsinki Commission and the United States Stae Department speak for me. All three have found that the governments of France and Germany are doing just that.

Well, at least we know what the cult's leaders are telling their remaining followers, any way. And in fact L. Ron Hubbard was hunted in every continent he set foot in and had to flee when things got a little too hot for he and his band of hooligans to handle.

The final nail in the crook's coffin was the stipulation of evidence which sent 11 of the ringleaders to prison and left Hubbard and numerous others named as co-conspirators, among them Kendrick Moxon who, along with many other ringleaders, are still running the circus.

And trying to pretend that demanding criminal organizations not be punished by asking the U.N. to soe how get involved is silly. One might just as well assume that Italy will pressure the U.N. to force the United States to stop imprisoning Mafia crooks.

Man, you've got it pretty bad. The Lisa McPherson Trust can help you escape with some dignity -- and maybe even help you get some of that money back that you were swindled out of.
