There will be a protest of the appearance of the founder of the racist
vigilante organization the "Minutemen" on
Wednesday May 25 at 6:30pm
at the site of the appearance of Jim Gilchrist of the Minutemen at the
Woman's Club
FUPA - the Comite Pro Democracia de Mexico, Aztlan Mexica Nation /
Harmony Circle, Danza Cuatemoc and Mexicanos Unidos has determined to
be there.
The International Socialist Organization is also organizing.
Let's drive them back and out - just like we did in Baldwin Park.
No Peace - No Place for Racist Vigilantes!
The California Coalition for Immigration Reform (CCIR)is holding a
public meeting featuring Jim Gilchrist, founder of the extreme right
wing vigilante anti-immigrant Minuteman Project.
CCRI, which pushed Prop. 187 in 1994, is now seeking to build support
for a more open and brutal campaign of terror and intimidation against
Mexican, Salvadoran Guatemalan and other immiigrants, and against all
indigenous Spanish speaking peoples.
They're hoping to build momentum for actions by the Minutemen later
this summer in Southern California.
We have a different future in mind.

Overlooking your stupid ASSumption that the MMP is all 'white
men" when in fact it consists of people of BOTH genders (as
there are only 2) and of all races, some of whom are LEGAL immigrants,
lets discuss some facts on your allegations that this is all about
racism. and that illegals are all (to repeat your "racial"
stereotype) all nannies and dishwashers, here are some real world
numbers for you:
Right now there are over 500,000 of these "nannies and
dishwashers" in US prisons on felony convictions. They also
constitute over 80% of LA hispanic gang member, 23% of LA jail
inmates and 95% of the felony fugitive warrants in LA along with
60% of the outstanding murder warrants. They are hHUGELY
overrepresented in crimes of violence, identity theft and
fraud. They are vectors for a number of diseases which we had
eradicated in this nation and wich wre previously unknown here
as they are from ot of hte world. These would include TB, Chagas,
Leprosy, Antibiotic-resistant staph, and a number of intestinal
parasites previously unknown here. I would believe that they'd
make GREAT "nannies and dishwashers" for you
"progressives" Maybe they'd kill of some of you. I
find it amusing that your "racial stereotyping" of
illegals as "nannies and dishwashers" doesn't in any
