My son met with an accident in which he got a problem with these teeth. Hearing about their reputation, we took an appointment there. We could meet a doctor after a long wait only.
There is an incident which happened to us here, at care first dental team , which made me shocked but realize the facts soon. This was about our treatment planning experience, and I was stuck when I saw their negligent behaviour and the aggressive behaviour of their staff.
Unfortunately, my wife forgot some documents for which she had to call the Nani and asked to fetch the records. Since the appointment would get delayed, she called the desk at Prestige to inform that the appointment about the same. It is said the person at the desk transferred the call to a mysterious manager
The manager spoke very harshly and loudly and confirmed that if my son couldn’t reach within 2 minutes, the appointment should be rescheduled without any exception.
Even the desk receptionist returned and sheepishly asked if my wife could you commit to the appointment which was in 2 minutes. They never tried to listen to my wife’s explanation that he would be ready in 5 minutes.
We had to book another appointment as they cancelled the previous one. It was very tough even to get it as their system was super slow in response.
The actual problem we had was the leak, which was never repaired, and that took a necessary amount for tooth cap, and they did not clean his tooth, or the cleaning was too unfortunate that we had to revisit another dentist on the same day. They make high promises saying about the efficiency, but when it came to the real work its worst.
We finally decided that we should not revisit such kind of dentist.
