The worst experience we have EVER had getting a car “fixed”. We took it in to have a catalytic converter recall repair done. We had no problems with the car, just having the recall work done. I went to pick it up and it wouldn’t shift properly. It went immediately back into the shop after a tech got in the car with me to confirm something was not right. My husband and I went back the second time to pick it up and it still wouldn’t shift properly and the brakes were now not working. They had allegedly taken it for test drives. RIGHT! It is still there now, and I was just hung up on by one of the “customer service” associates. On top of all of this, we had taken our Challenger there two weeks ago to have an air bag recall fixed and I almost got into an accident on the way home because the steering wheel was not locked and I didn’t know it until I turned a corner and it started moving around on me. When, I told the service counter guy that all I got was a “Yup.” Not cool. If you want your car fixed properly do not take it there.
Had my car aligned there and the minute of drove it I could tell it was worse. I now can hardly drive it in the rain or snow without my rear end going all over. Pretty bad considering this is an all-wheel drive car.
