awful experiences with their service department

You are going to have awful experiences with their service department. So simple work they had lots of paperwork that is even not necessary but they will do to make you distress. They will bait and switch, if you have warranty and you wish to service your vehicle then they will say that you do not have warranty and you have to pay, after that at the paperwork they will say that you have warranty and tell you to leave and promise you to call for refunds but they will never call you back even if you call them.

Their dealer is not knowledgeable about the car and doesn’t research while discussing the features with you. After having test drive the dealer would not speak to you until you reach the desk, you will find out that they don’t even like to do their job. The service department will take two hours for a simple oil change that’s how they waste someone’s time. The service department is so disorganized and will not call you for updates. if they answer calls, they let you hold or they transfer the call or they disconnect. If you have an appointment with them for diagnosis after 12 pm, when you reach them, they will say that they do not diagnose after 12 pm only in the morning and if you insist them to run diagnose then they will ask you to come after 7 hours. they will treat you that you do not know anything and if you contacted them via the website and they even assure you that someone will call you but no one will call you. Their sales and finance department are so much pushy and are not trustworthy people they will bait you to give them money. So overall you are going to be disappointed with their service and sales department.
