Terrible communication. It’s been challenging to get any information about my installation — install date, time, how long it will take. I have had to call them every time to get any of the information I have. Customer service department hung up on me when I asked for more info. If you have any need to communicate with the people doing thousands of dollars of work on your house. AVOID.

This person won’t reply after installation of gutters. I agree that his rates are reasonable, but he did a bad job and not returning to fix the leaks from the gutters. Tried calling from >7days, left VM and text messages but no response whatsoever. Very bad service. Won’t recommend to anyone.

If you wanted extra money for your amount of work then put that in your quote. You provide lower quote as compared to other gutter companies to fetch business but don’t provide full service to repair later. That’s your business model is. Your promise to provide 7yrs of repair service is complete fraud.

Got an estimate from Gutters, set up an appointment with them to have the work done and made arrangements to be home all day the day of the job only to have Cesar text me the morning of and say he was passing on the job. I asked “why” multiple times but no response. Super unprofessional.
