VERY disappointed in the customer service!

We bought a car for us soon to be a new driver. We were told while doing paperwork “the title was out of state and didn’t want to mess it up.” Come to find out a duplicate title would need to be filed. Now being told will take 2 weeks for the title. Hoping to get the title in time to license the car. Also 4 days after picking up the car, they said they forgot to include the window tinting. This is the dealership error but making the customer pay for their error. The dealership should be offering to pay for window tinting for all the trouble we are having to get the title and since they forgot it originally. VERY disappointed in the customer service! After this incident, I pledge myself that I will not suggest anyone purchase the car of Hyundai and never suggest they go for the service also of their company. They Make you fool only Because they don’t care about customer. As Per giving them a rating, I will give them 1 star for customer Service, For Quality of work I will give them zero for that service. They even not talking to me in a friendly nature also. On the other hand, they talking to me very rudely. The price is also higher than all other company. In conclusion. I witnessed every single tactic used that triggers consumers anxiety when purchasing a new vehicle. I found a better level version of the vehicle and didn’t have to deal with a salesperson. I would avoid this one and go to a competitor because anything would be better than my experience with Hyundai of Jefferson City. Last time when I go for the service then even check my brake that was broken while they are working and they blamed me that it was already broken I feel that I am the stupid person that who comes here for servicing the car of Hyundai. Only a fool would go
