I went through a website and loved a MUV as I am very fond of cars but necessary information like price and colour was not given on the website of the company. I called them and schedule an appointment for the next day as I wanted that Jeep soon but even after appointment I had to wait for an hour or two and finally met sales person who was not much interested in selling the car as he was talking about unnecessary or unimportant things except car though even after enquiry I was not given any of the information clearly.

Then I met the owner and he was some helpful as he did clear my doubt to some extend but not clearly. While during test drive I found the colour of the jeep was awful and its seats were uncomfortable and had scratches all over them. Even the steering was not working well neither its gear stick. Jeep was in third rated and was smelling awful not only this it was worth its weight in gold which was not justified. Though I gave them all the necessary information this time and went there next week to check out another jeep.

Apart from this, i thought of looking at the service dept too, the service of the staff was frightful and even they did not show any favourable reception to anyone but always remain within themselves. While they did not even answer to me and also gave me rude looks when asking questions. Additionally, the sales person talking too much but did not have any information related to necessary things like price or conditions of the cars or Jeep which was annoying as I have visit to many people in the office to get the actual information.
