DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! SOLD A CAR WITH the incorrect VIN NUMBER THEN TOOK IT BACK A MONTH LATER once they REALIZED THEIR MISTAKE!! This Dealership couldn’t be more underhanded or unprofessional! My son bought a car at this dealership a month ago and was called last night and asked if he could are available ”to fix some paperwork snafu.” My son gets there which they nonchalantly tell him that they put the incorrect VIN on all his paperwork and that he has got to leave the car his been driving for the last two month, the one he thought he wants to purchase and take the car that the car number on the paperwork has matched. That also means because of this dealership, he has been driving with illegal tags and insurance within the wrong car for the past month because it had been all registered to a special VIN. I called the dealership and was told that we had to attend to seek out out if he could get his original truck back until they were ready to compute THEIR MISTAKE with Ford Motor Credit. I stated this was unacceptable which my son should get his car back while they figured out their mistake. I used to be told by one among their salesman, Eric that I could come to devour my son’s car subsequent afternoon, that everything is going to be figured out. Evidently that was just to urge me off the phone because subsequent afternoon nothing was figured out so I visited the dealership to seek out out what was happening and was met by PHIL the foremost unprofessional manager I even have ever met in my life! After taking me into his office and trying to feed me a bunch of diplomatic BS about the way they have to travel about getting my sons car back to him I told him it seemed like a bait and switch and that I was getting to contact a lawyer. At that time he basically kicked me out of the dealership. I went back to invite Ben the overall manager I used to be originally handling and was told by Phil that he wasn’t available and if I didn’t leave they were getting to call the police. This was because I had the audacity to undertake to warn other customers in their showroom about their underhanded, unprofessional methods. I simply informed the people brooding about purchasing a vehicle about what I used to be browsing and PHIL accused me of threatening his customers. the sole thing being threatened was the sale, information is power and therefore the people spending that quantity of cash has a right to understand what quite a dealership they’re handling. BUYER BEWARE Just a little update, I emailed Barry Stoler twice about this example and he couldn’t be bothered to email me back or acknowledge things. No wonder his management team is so unprofessional, they’re just following the leader. Also, if you read the yelp reviews, you’ll notice that Len Stoler only responds to the positive ones.
