Lazy and untrained staff!! Pohanka Hyundai of Salisbury is quite a familiar name for all of us. Despite its high ratings and positive reviews, I had a terrible experience with them. I went to this company for an oil change in my car but I had no idea that it would be the worst decision of mine. I called them one day prior to getting an advance appointment but it was itself a struggle of another level. They didn’t pick up my call at all. The next day, when I visited this place and asked for an oil change, they first asked me for the appointment. I told them that since nobody picked up my call, I didn’t have an appointment. So, they refused to do the same for me. I tried convincing them a lot but they didn’t agree with me and stuck to their words. However, the next day I came up there after getting an appointment, and the service department told me that it would just take one hour but all in vain. Even after two hours, they hadn’t done their work. When I went to them again, I saw them busy sitting and chatting with the other department workers. I asked them to do their work quickly but then one of them replied to me that they were busy then and would do it later on. Horrible!!! I saw them doing nothing other than chit-chatting yet they were unwilling to do any work. I complained about the same to their head but it seemed as if he wasn’t bothered at all. He didn’t listen to me and just nodded his head. It was quite disappointing. As I had no option, I waited there for four hours.  Surely, I am not going to visit this place ever and would not recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your time and money here
