Absolutely terrible . Don't waste your time with the service department

I took my car for its service as it’s brakes and gears were not working properly but I had no idea that it was the worst decision of mine. I called them one day prior but nobody picked up the call and the next day I personally visited the company. It was a terrible experience of mine. From the very first step of mine, I had some negative vibes about the company. It was quite disrespectful that though they had seen me yet nobody greeted or welcomed me. They all ignored me. However, ignoring all that. I first went to the receptionist to get an appointment but merely getting an appointment was itself a big and most difficult task as the lady was quite weird and irritating. She wasn’t bothered by anything. As soon as I got the appointment, I went to the service department and explained everything to them in detail. They assured me that they would repair it by evening the same day but it was all a lie. They hadn’t even started the work by evening. Then they asked me to come the next day. But even the next day they hadn’t completed the work. I complained about them to their seniors and then they completed the work within one hour. It means that they work when they are scolded or pressurized. Just for a work of one hour, they consumed two days of mine. I was speechless! I paid them the specific amount and then I departed. But within the next day, my car started getting the same problem again. Its brakes and gears were not working properly at all. I went the same day to them complaining about the same but they completely refused to accept their mistake and in return blamed me for the same. Worst experience ever!!
