total lack of coordination, really disappointed

 I have had my Ram 1500 for 3 years now and have moved to different areas, so I’ve come across different Ram service departments to get oil changes and other services. This place is by far the worst. I was really excited to have Ram service department near me with awesome reviews, but I was really disappointed. I will start with the Pros and end with some Cons. I will not be returning to this place. I prefer to drive an extra 20 or 30 minutes than to return I would not recommend.

  1. I called 5 times and emailed the service department before I could get a hold of someone. After the 7th attempt I was able to get an appointment for that day.
  2. When I arrived everyone was so busy doing things and running around, I was not acknowledged until a few minutes later. It reminded me of the episode of The Office when Dwight pulled the fire alarm and everyone was going crazy not knowing where anyone was going or coming. This lack of coordination and poor customer service was shocking.
  3. I had questions about recalls and other issues. I was told I had to come back for that stuff. During check out the cashier handed me a paper saying that I had a recall completed. When I asked which recall it was, she didn’t know. The gentlemen who assisted me guessed the techs completed the recalls. All that I got from that interaction was that the cashier, the service department rep and the technicians were not on the same page. Another example of lack of coordination.
