Very disappointed! Horrible service response

I bought a car from Rowe Ford Auburn. At the time of purchase everything went well. But within few weeks I noticed that there was leakage and when it was checked by mechanic at the dealership there was a leakage in oil filter. So, I requested them to fix as soon as possible. They told me that they will contact me when the part reaches here. To be honest, they never contacted. It was me who called them again after two days when they told it would take another two days. When finally, I went there to fix up the part they presented me a bill. They charged me for that part, repairing charges, diagnosis fees etc. I mean for what all they charged. Even the oil filter should me from there side because it was not even a month that I bought the car. They first of all delayed the work and then these heavy unnecessary charges. They must understand that their responsibility is not just selling the car but it is beyond that. It is to serve their customers too.

However, I paid the bill but is never going back to this place especially for repairs. Such an expensive place it was. And I had a horrible time dealing with people over there. It was cheerful only till I bought the car. I regret buying the car from there. They gave an extremely poor service. At the time of sale, they made huge promises like they are going to solve any of the issues related to car for lifetime, customer service is their priority and what not. I think money is their priority and by hook or by crook they will take that out of your pocket. I will never visit this place again not even for repairs. Also, I do not suggest anyone to go there.
