I purchased a car from Rowe Ford Westbrook and the purchasing experience was pretty good. But now I am facing problem as I need an engine oil change for my vehicle. I have been told that it is convenient if you take an appointment online before reaching there for service. This will prevent long hour time wait. Sounds pretty good and professional but zero in implementation because they never connect the call to repair department. Rather I would say repair department cuts the call.
I waited for long time to get my car to service department for repair work. My concern was only the engine oil change however they found some more repairs. I ordered them to proceed with the repairs only if they are providing guarantee for the repaired parts. They said yes that time but when I took the vehicle, they requested me to collect the guarantee card some other day as it was not available at that time. Till date, I have not received the guarantee card and I have paid such high amount for the repairs.
They are behaving irresponsibly. For them it may be a small thing but for an individual who is paying this large amount it is not a small thing. Moreover, it is the question of right of customer and the service you are providing to your customers. I am highly dissatisfied with their service department. They never attend the calls and it is highly inconvenient to travel over there each time there is a problem and that too to hear their stupid excuses. I am not going to purchase any vehicle from them from now onwards and would not over go there for repair work. They just waste the time of their customers as well as spoil our mood. They must learn to value their customers. Please do not visit this place.
