My home was flooded in June 2018.they came several hours later. They put fans in room’s that was not effective. They use a jack hammer to remove the damage floors. They damage the dry wall in the bath room and lied about. The damage the cord to my refrigerator lied about that also. After many phone calls they repaired the bath.it took several calls to receive payment for the refrigerator. Jacob has never returned my call not 1! I left numerous.messages.my furniture was put in storage for 2 months by a moving company move logistics. I was missing some items they lied and was told by Ashley the boxes were destroyed. I received a call from Sean at move logistic that he had 3 pairs of my 6 pair off missing a day he would drop them off it’s been over a week no shoes. And that he would not pay for the missing shoes. Some of my furniture and my hard wood floors. Nothing has been done just a bunch of email or text message, Ashley can’t be trusted to tell you all the things. Can do to make the stress level not so bad. She only added to the stress. I have used another Servpro several time. But not braun station. They are unprofessional, liars, their word means nothing. They only care about getting paid. I would not ever recommend Servpro. I rate the company a ZERO.
There were two couches, a painting and several handmade pillows that were not returned to us. They never notified the insurance company that they were discarding any items, nor did they tell us they had done so until we noticed that the items were missing. They were supposed to clean the Venetian blinds and were told to do so several times but did not do the work. We ended up cleaning them ourselves. They could not clean the soot out of the upstairs bathtub but a different cleaning crew had it clean in less than an hour. They were to save a six-panel solid wood door and instead tore it off the hinges (ruined the door frame in the process) and discarded the door. We were not happy with them.
