Took my laptop because it couldn’t get up dates. Paid them and it had the same problems. So, I called Steve and told him about it. He asks me to bring it back. When I did one week later, he told me my computer was too old is reason it couldn’t receive Windows updates. My laptop had Windows on it already. So, when I went to get it, they lost my power supply, and he gave me some old one that does not work. NEVER again will I go to them. Ridiculously Overcharged, did not meet expectations. Did not follow up with warranty issues, stop answering calls, cut corners installing camera system. Rip Off.
I called to get a price quote for a damaged laptop screen. Was told that it could be anywhere from $150-$300 plus an unknown cost for labor. The reason for the range, the person I talked to didn’t want to spend time looking up the cost of the screen because I may not even go forward with the repair. I have the model and serial number to look up the cost. Seems very lazy and not helpful at all in determining if the price they are eventually going to charge is reasonable. Maybe they do great work, maybe they don’t. I don’t know. Just horrible customer service right up front means I will not use them. FYI, this is a work computer. I have to get it fixed. Will go through with the repair. Just needed a reasonable price quote.
