they wasted a lot of time

I urgently wanted to buy a SUV car and fixed an appointment with the company but on my visit to company they told me that I did not fix any appointment so I had to wait for some time according to them which probably meant waiting for two hours and being attended and assisted by anyone. The staff was awful, the furniture was also not at all comfortable and had lots of dust over it. Their receptionist was quite rude and arrogant, also did not know how to behave as I received many rude glances when I asked for anything.

I met the sales person and found him a bit hustling as he was consistent asking me to have a test drive right now from an old and outdated car in which I was not interested. I gave them instructions to get a new car for it. While that car was not good neither was working properly and required some work or service. I was asked to wait for two or three days but I did not get any call from them for a week and had to call them at last but they did not reply.

After almost waiting for two weeks I went there to meet the owner but as he was not there, I met sales person again and was called next day to get a test drive. Nonetheless on my visit the car was not there, which again made me wait for one or two hours. Eventually the car they brought for me was new but was expensive along with this was not what I wanted nevertheless I was satisfied by the test drive and I bought it but they took so much time to complete the paper work which again wasted a week. The worst part was wastage of time and in case if I required support, they asked for payment first.
