I had gone to my local dentist as I was suffering from toothache in one of the molars for quite some time and after the initial check up, he said it would be better if I went for a procedure to get my tooth fixed and I would need a new crown and a dental implant to support it. Well, I wanted to opt for the very best for the procedure instead of going to the local dentist and booked an appointment with the dentist at Tieken Smiles Dentistry and visited the clinic at 3033 Marina Bay Dr Ste 230. I was glad when they said the same and assumed all was fine and the date for the surgery was fixed. I must say that I was pretty impressed with their arrangements and did not feel a thing during the procedure. I was told all was fine but that according to norms, they had only planted the dental implant and I would have to come back again for the crown at a different date. I went home and I attributed slight discomfort in the mouth that I experienced as normal after such a procedure. However, I woke up in the middle of the night with my jaw pounding. I could not reach them over the number, and the local dentistry was shut. I spent the night with a painkiller which barely minimized the pain. I rushed to the clinic the next morning and to my surprise, the dentist simply refused to see me before the next designated appointment, with all my request falling on deaf years. Luckily, my neighbor, who had accompanied me, took me to her dentist and he said after an examination that the implant was not properly set and I had to get it fixed again after a few days from a another dentist, paying a lump sum all over again.
