I hired a Mercedes from Ultraclean for pickup from the airport. I was assigned a buddy named Steve, I provided him with my pick up time from the airport. I was really disappointed with his late arrival, I had to literally wait till 20 mins to get picked up.
What was more disappointing was the quality of the car and the interiors. They did not have any music system installed, the air conditioner of the car was also not working up to the mark.
Steve turned out to be a rash driver as well, he was in a rush to drop me to my destination and onboard his next customer.
Ultraclean should focus more on customer experience rather than focusing on profitability.
I will never be using their services and would refrain from my friends and families from doing so.
Moreover, they charge too much compared to others.
Another issue being the car I was given smelled horribly like stale cigarette smoke! I am extremely sensitive to smells and this was just unacceptable. I called and talked to a manager and explained my dissatisfaction on the issues I had with the car.
I made the reservation via phone and they never confirmed my reservation via email. It feels like I am the victim of fraudulent business practices (promising with no intention of delivering). I will NEVER rent a car from Ultraclean again and advise others the same.
Just know when you do business with them you are doing business with the most AGGRESSIVE blood sucking company. Well, before this experience I never used to post on any social media or any negative comments but today I am forced to and have done so that no one other suffers.
I would request you guys to take better service providers rather than this.
