My problem is with their billing. They screwed up

This office agreed to remove $150 of charges that I did not owe them any way and never did and now they sent it as collections. Terrible office and billing customer service this place has. I paid and pay all my bills before they are even due and always when they are actually due but this office is just out to take as much money from insurance and clients as you can and far from honest in my opinion.
I was told this balance would be adjusted off and it was not done so their response in not the truth as always. Honestly you are not worth the lousy $150. I couldn’t care less about the money but the review is to warn others.
In fact I know three other people that have left this office for the same reason. Twice I had to stop their staff from taking another panoramic X-ray just because I had new insurance coverage, and both times the staff agreed I didn’t need them after because I just had one done and even one time they made a comment that they saw new insurance and figured they would take one.
New insurance money – let’s take one even if not needed, that was their intention and it was done less than year ago. Their response is not true and if their services were free I would not come there. Beware! There are plenty of awesome dentist offices around. Check them out instead of coming here.
